4PDFOnline is a free, browser-based set of PDF tools. All processing runs locally in your browser; we do not receive or store the files you edit. The Service is free and supported by advertising and voluntary donations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with files you own or are authorized to edit. You agree not to interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service, or use it in any way that breaches applicable laws.
4. Your Content
You retain all rights to the files you process. Because everything happens in your browser, we never take ownership of, access, or store your content. You are responsible for the files you choose to edit and for keeping your own backups.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Results can vary by browser, device and file, and complex or very large PDFs may not process correctly.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Utilities and 4PDFOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss or corruption of data, arising from your use of the Service. Keep copies of your original files.
7. Intellectual Property
The 4PDFOnline name, the 4Utilities brand, and the site design and code are the property of their respective owners. These Terms grant no right to use our branding without permission. Your files remain entirely yours.
8. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Service displays advertising through Google AdSense and uses third-party libraries and may link to third-party resources. 4Utilities is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work here.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable data-protection and consumer-protection laws, including the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), Brazil’s LGPD, and equivalent regulations elsewhere. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have.
